The Re-comms team is headed up by founder, Stephanie McIntosh.
She is an independent board director and transformation specialist with 30 years' experience across retail, ecommerce and consumer-facing organisations. She brings constructive challenge, commercial judgement and deep sector insight to support executive teams in delivering sustainable outcomes.

Stephanie previously founded a certified Fairtrade and Organic ecommerce business, following a career in retail.
